DUBLIN, Ireland: Dublin Airport is set to ease its parking shortage with the reopening of the former QuickPark facility in Santry, which will add 6,000 parking spaces starting March 10 next year.
The site, which has been closed for five years, will be managed by APCOA, a leading parking services provider. Customers can now pre-book their parking on the newly launched Park2Travel website.
To ensure convenience, shuttle buses will operate between the car park and the airport terminals. The additional spaces are expected to alleviate the strain on existing airport parking facilities, which frequently sell out.
Neil Cunningham, managing director of APCOA Ireland, expressed enthusiasm for the project: "We are delighted to have been appointed to manage this valuable asset, increasing the supply of parking to meet the growing demand at Dublin Airport and giving customers a reliable and convenient parking experience."
